Your main mission is to create the decision support tool for launching energy works:
Carrying out energy audits for homes and collective and tertiary buildings,
Realization of dynamic thermal simulation (STD),
Calculate heat losses, dew points, phase shift, etc.
Advisor on technical and regulatory matters with an objective of quality and project optimization,
Occasionally carry out technical information records for the energy audit,
Occasionally carry out visits and inspections of energy renovation sites

Profile

You have a minimum BAC+4 education with a specialty in building, energy and/or rehabilitation and have experience in the field >5 years.
You are organized and rigorous, you master the regulations in force in renovation/rehabilitation (RTex, THCE-ex, 3CLv3, etc.) in the building.
You have mastery of thermal calculation software and the office pack.
You like working in a team
You have a good capacity to adapt.
You know how to read a plan and you represent the house in 3 dimensions.
